You replied, "Friend used account w/out permission. I told this guy, but he insisted on bad FB." Then you go ahead and leave HIM negative feedback! "Took forever to pay, lied to me, and constantly complained." He had a perfect (55) feedback rating and you, with a (1) rating screwed him over. He paid you immediately, and you lied about him, just because you were pissed because he correctly left you neg feedback.
